RednWhites will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. Only in cases where the replacement product is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, a refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided by us.
If no defect is confirmed and the issue is not diagnosed within same day of delivery, then troubleshooting steps cannot be performed, or if one replacement has already been provided, you will be directed to a customer care centre to resolve any subsequent issues.
You may cancel the order unless a delivery agent is assigned for the same order.
You may return for a replacement within same day of delivery.
On requested for return, an agent from RednWhites will visit and collect the product.
It should be without stains, undamaged and with all original tags still attached.
